Used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough.

Provides soothing vapours that help to temporarily relieve mild nasal congestion and cough associated with the common cold.

Recommended Use:
Apply thinly and evenly to the chest, throat, and the soles of the feet up to 3 times per day.

For children 2 to 12 years of age, an adult should apply the balm.
