Muscle Relief Essential Oil Blend

Used in aromatherapy to help relieve joint and muscle pain associated with sprains, strains, and rheumatoid arthritis.

While the Essential Oil Blend will add flexibility of use, we also offer our Muscle Relief Blend in a variety of products, such as our Muscle Rub Massage Oil and Muscle Soak Bath Salts for ease of use.

Ingredients:
Certified Organic and Wild Harvested Essential Oils of Chamomile, Eucalyptus Globulus, Ginger, Grapefruit, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon Myrtle, Lemongrass, Peppermint, Rosemary, Sweet Birch.

Local Application:
Mix 2 to 10 drops of Muscle Relief Essential Oil Blend in 10 ml of a carrier. Apply to the affected area up to 3 times per day.

Body Massage:
Mix 2 drops of Essential Oil Blend in 10 ml of a carrier. Apply once daily.

Bath:
Add 2-8 drops of undiluted essential oil with the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix the water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for 10 minutes. Use 2 drops of undiluted essential oil the first time and increase by 1 drop per bath up to a maximum of 8 drops. Use once daily.
