Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Vanilla

Recommended Dose and Use:
Adults 1 – 6 Drop(s); 1 – 3 time(s) per day.

Diffuser:
6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.

Direct Inhalation:
Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day.
